Go to your email inbox and find your confirmation email, then click the link inside to get the stuff you just signed up for.
P.S. If you use Gmail with tabs, you’ll probably find your confirmation email on the Updates or Promotions tab. To make sure you don’t miss any goodies, drag the email from there to the Primary tab and say “Yes” when Gmail asks about future messages.
